Sale Agreement
Once an offer has been accepted by you, the sale of your vehicle to carsalley is considered final.
- You agree to transfer full ownership of the vehicle, including any required documents (such as registration
and title), to carsalley.
- Payment will be processed after successful transfer of ownership and verification of documents.
Responsibilities of the Seller
As the seller, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful information about the vehicle, including its condition and history.
- Ensuring the vehicle is free from any liens or encumbrances.
- Completing all necessary documentation required for the legal transfer of ownership.
Payments
- Payments will be made through bank transfer to the account details provided by you.
- carsalley will not be liable for any delays in payment due to incorrect or incomplete bank details provided by
the seller.
Limitation of Liability
carsalley is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the sale of your vehicle.
- Any failure or delay in the performance of services due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural
disasters, technical failures, etc.).
Modifications to Services
carsalley reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service, including these Terms and
Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for
conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes
arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Location].
